Open Leads
Click on the desired Lead
Go to the Proposals tab
Click New Proposal
Enter:
Proposal Subject
Related Lead
Items & Pricing
Taxes
Valid Until Date
Save & Send
Each proposal moves through statuses:
Draft
Sent
Opened
Accepted
Declined
This allows sales managers to track engagement without relying on email follow-ups.
All proposals remain linked to the lead
Complete negotiation history is preserved
Improves proposal-to-conversion tracking
Prevents data loss during staff transitions
