
Kanban View in Axesin CRM provides a visual, drag-and-drop interface to manage leads across different sales stages. Instead of a list format, leads are organized into columns representing their current status in the pipeline.
It helps sales teams track progress, update statuses quickly, and monitor pipeline health in real time.
Navigate to Leads
Click the Kanban icon near the “New Lead” button
The system switches to board view
You can sort leads by:
Date Created
Kanban Order
Last Contact

Each column represents a Lead Status, such as:
New
Contacted
Follow-up Required
Qualified
Negotiation
Won / Lost
Each column header displays:
Status name
Total lead value
Number of leads in that stage

To update a lead’s status:
Click and hold the lead card
Drag it to the desired column
Release to update
The system automatically updates the lead status and logs the activity.

Keep 5–7 clear stages
Use Kanban View for:

Monitoring conversion flow
For bulk filtering or exports, use List View instead.
